New Upgrade Requires More Avatars to Have a Light Bulb Changed

How many avatars does it take to change a virtual light bulb? Well, now more than one according to the new server upgrade.

This is the new requirement settings:

• 2 avatars to change a light bulb.
• 4 avatars to change a fluorescent
• 3 avatars to change the batteries to any device with less than 9v

And from now, it will also take more than 2 lindens to restart a region.
